一、基本條件
報名人員在符合選聘崗位任職資格的基礎上，還應具備以下基本條件：
（一）全日制碩士研究生學歷，能流利使用英語作為工作語言，年齡不超過40周歲，具有正常履行職責的身體條件，有海外留學教育經歷者優先。
（二）品行良好、工作務實、作風扎實，業績優良。
（三）有高度的事業心和責任感，遵紀守法，廉潔自律，具有良好的職業道德和敬業精神。
（四）無違紀違法記錄且不處于立案審查調查期間。
（五）特別優秀的，以上條件可以適當放寬；同等條件下，墾區內部人員優先。
二、招聘崗位
（一）海外企業財務總監/財務經理，若干名
崗位職責：
1.參與制定短期及中長期的公司財務決策和戰略。
2.負責公司財務制度的管理和制定，包括會計核算管理、稅務管理、資金管理和預算管理。
3.根據公司戰略發展規劃制定預算，并跟蹤其執行情況。
4.參與公司重大經營、投融資決策，優化資本結構和資本配置。
5.負責完成上級單位及領導交辦的其他工作。
任職資格：
1.財會、金融等相關專業全日制研究生學歷，特別優秀者，可適當放寬。有注冊會計師、ACCA資格者優先。
2.具有大型企業或海外企業三年以上同等管理崗位工作經驗者優先，能流利使用英語作為工作語言。
3.熟悉國內外準則差異、國內外金融政策、企業財務制度及流程，精通相關財稅法律法規。
4.較強的財務分析、風險控制和資金管理的能力。
5.具備良好的組織、協調、溝通能力和團隊協作精神，能承受較大工作壓力。
6.工作地點:東南亞、上海、海口等。
（二）海外企業業務經理，若干名
崗位職責：
1.從事海外天然橡膠貿易或生產管理等工作。
2.負責海外公司客戶管理、期現貨交易，或生產現場管理、產品品質控制等具體管理工作。
3.按照所在部門相關業務流程開展業務，并對業務流程逐步優化、提升。
4.做好與國內總部相關部門的業務對接與溝通。
5.完成企業領導交辦的其他工作。
任職資格：
1.經濟學、管理學、農學、工科等相關專業全日制研究生學歷，特別優秀者，可適當放寬。具有中級職稱或相關職業資格者優先。
2.具有兩年以上海外企業工作經歷，能流利使用英語作為日常工作語言。
3.在大宗商品期現貨交易、生產制造與質量管理等某個模塊具有較強的專業素質和一定的實操能力。
4.誠實守信，品行端正，職業素養好，邏輯思維清晰，適應性、可塑性、溝通能力、協調能力、學習能力、執行能力強，愿意接受挑戰。
5.工作地點:東南亞、上海、海口等。
（三）戰略投資經理，若干名
崗位職責：
1.負責組織收集、研究海外橡膠產業發展態勢和政策，提供決策信息。
2.負責海外公司戰略管理，組織編制海外公司發展戰略及年度經營目標和計劃并監督實施。
3.負責做好海外公司經營分析，監督和協調解決海外公司經營過程中出現的重大經營問題。
4.做好國內總部相關部門與國外子公司部門的業務對接與溝通。
5.完成企業領導交辦的其他工作。
任職資格：
1.經濟學、管理學等相關專業全日制研究生學歷，具有相關資質證書者優先，具有中級職稱或相關職業資格者優先,特別優秀者，可適當放寬。
2.具有兩年以上海外企業工作經歷，能流利使用英語作為日常工作語言。
3.具有豐富的企業戰略管理或運營管理工作經驗,戰略規劃、經營管理、經營分析等某個模塊具有較強的專業素質和一定的實操能力。
4.具有較強的總結分析能力、系統思考能力、溝通協調能力、文字表達能力、責任心強，熟悉國內外相關的法律法規及政策。
5.工作地點:東南亞、上海、海口等。
（四）基地管理經理，若干名
崗位職責：
1.負責組織開展海外企業橡膠種植、管養割等工作。
2.負責海外企業橡膠生產標準的制定，組織定期不定期生產檢查，確保完成橡膠生產任務。
3.負責監督和協調解決海外公司橡膠種植、生產環節中出現的重大問題和風險。
4.做好國內總部相關部門與國外子公司部門的業務對接與溝通。
5.完成企業領導交辦的其他工作。
任職資格：
1.農學等相關專業全日制研究生學歷，具有相關資質證書者優先，具有中級職稱或相關職業資格者優先,特別優秀者，可適當放寬。
2.具有兩年以上海外企業工作經歷，能流利使用英語作為日常工作語言。
3.具有豐富的農業生產工作經驗,熟悉多種農作物生長特點和作業標準，熟悉橡膠生產者優先。
4.具有較強的實操能力、總結分析能力、良好的文字表達能力和吃苦耐勞精神，責任心強。
5.工作地點:東南亞、非洲、上海、海口等。

（1） Several CFOs/financial managers of overseas enterprises
Job responsibilities:
1. Participate in formulating short-term and medium to long-term financial decisions and strategies for the company.
2. Responsible for the management and formulation of the company's financial system, including accounting management, tax management, fund management, and budget management.
3. Develop a budget based on the company's strategic development plan and track its implementation.
4. Participate in major business and investment and financing decisions of the company, optimize capital structure and allocation.

Qualification:
1. A full-time graduate degree in finance, accounting, and other related majors, especially for outstanding individuals, may be appropriately relaxed. Certified Public Accountant or ACCA qualifications are preferred.
2. Those who have more than three years of experience in the same management position in large enterprises or overseas enterprises are preferred, and can use English fluently as the Working language.

Job responsibilities:
1. Engaged in overseas natural rubber trade or production management work.
2. Responsible for specific management work such as customer management, spot trading, production site management, and product quality control for overseas companies.
3. Conduct business according to the relevant business processes of the department, and gradually optimize and improve the business processes.
4. Conduct business coordination and communication with relevant departments at the domestic headquarters.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by enterprise leaders.
Qualification:
1. A full-time graduate degree in economics, management, agriculture, engineering, and other related majors, especially for outstanding individuals, may be appropriately relaxed. Those with intermediate professional titles or related professional qualifications are preferred.
